东丽卡 ® 碳纤维具有高强度、高模量、轻量化等特点。例如，其第三代碳纤维产品 TORAYCA®T1100G 和 TORAYCA®M40X，实现了长久以来被认为难以兼顾的碳纤维强度和硬度（弹性模量）的平衡。T1100G 的强度为 7.0GPa，弹性模量为 324GPa，M40X 的强度为 5.5GPa，弹性模量为 377GPa，相比前代产品性能有显著提升。

Among them, Torayka ® fabric is a textile made of carbon fiber, which has the characteristics of excellent processability and easy resin impregnation; Toraya ® laminate is a product made of carbon fibers arranged in one direction and soaked in epoxy resin to form a plate and cured it, and is used in the field of repair and reinforcement of civil engineering.


application area

Torica ® carbon fiber is widely used in many fields. In the aerospace field, its prepreg is used in the primary structural parts of Boeing 777, 787 and other models; In the automotive field, it can be used to manufacture auto parts and reduce the weight of the car body. In the field of sporting goods, it can be used to make golf clubs, fishing rods, bicycles, etc., to improve the performance of products; In addition, it can also be used in civil construction reinforcement, pressure vessels and other fields.
